When will I receive my order?

Delivery takes an average of 10-15 working days. This can be explained by the fact that our warehouses are located near our suppliers and therefore outside the USA.

Our goal is simply to cut out the middlemen in order to offer you the lower prices. In return, we offer you Free Shipping on all orders!

How do I track my order?

All orders are shipped and delivered by USPS. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on USPS.com.

A squishy is missing in my package!

If you find that there is something missing in your package, don't worry! It will arrive in another package shortly. Our stock is located in different warehouses; if an item is not in stock in one, we send it from another, which is why your order may arrive in 2 separate packages.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@squshe.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
